Mitch Chubb is a native of Central Florida. The son of a pastor and teacher, he was raised in a family whose focus was serving others and helping those in need. This upbringing served as the foundation for his future as a lawyer representing injured people who need to make their voices heard by large corporations and insurance companies.
Mitch graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Management, and received his law degree from Barry University School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was ranked 5th out of 189 students in his graduating class.
He began his legal career by representing individuals and small businesses who were affected by the BP Oil Spill–recovering over $50,000,000 for his clients. This work helped Mitch discover his passion for representing ordinary people against the powerful. The majority of his career has involved helping individuals seek justice for their injuries against large corporations and insurance companies. He has obtained numerous seven figure results for his clients in many types of cases with a special focus in automobile accidents, wrongful death, product liability, and trucking accidents.
Mitch takes pride in righting wrongs, and treats each of his clients like a member of his family. His time as a lawyer has taught him that each client’s life has been seriously impacted, and he believes his job is to communicate the full weight of that impact to the other side, and make his clients whole.
Outside of work, Mitch enjoys spending time with his wife, Elie’se; their two boys, Grady and Cooper; anything sports; and anything outdoors.
